Xpert TV-PVR driver help

Ok i bought a Xpert TV-PVR883 and the drivers won't find the tuner they but see the card then i restart computer it locks up.I noticed that it requires P3 1000 but my system is a celoron 600 overclocked to 900 it can go up to 1127 stable. my psu is a turbolink 300 my vid card is a gforce 5200 and sound card is a audigy 2. Has anyone tried this with celoron before.

ugh. Installing the drivers for that thing was the biggest pain, ever. My computer would just restart itself mid-installation. Tell me what your OS is and I can help.
