is there anyway to volt mod the vcore on both procs as well as the ram?? i need more power and the bios has none of these options!

That an Intel board? If so then you could try the pin-mod to make the motherboard give the CPU more voltage, without soldering stuff on

As for the RAM, a volt mod would be your only way if you haven't got any options.

do you have anymore information on the pinmod, more specifically for the xeons??

view the voltage chart and then refer to the socket refrence. I wouldn't go above 1.65V though.
