I am either gonna purchase a SN41G2B or the newer NForce 3 XPC.

SN41

SN85

What will go in is a 9700Pro, 2x512mb ram, 80gb WD SE, and a 2800+ I normally run at 2.3ghz.

I'm just looking for a compact lan gaming rig as I am going to go to the CPL again this summer.

Any last comments or things I should know before I make a purchase. Just wanted some feedback from O/C.

your going to love it.

questio though, if you go with the sn85 what processor are you going to use?

and why not the sn45g, i know the case is ugly but its a ultra 400 board and has way more bios adjustments then the sn41, i have a 45g and love it

Well, I considered the SN85 as it looks cool. Just a plain old barton 2800+. Will there be problems with NF3 + Barton?

yeah, nf3 are only for A64 arent they?

perhaps you're right. I'm a bit out of the loop.

yes the nforce 3 is for A64 754pin processors, so if you get the nForce3 board figure $215 for a 3000+.
