memory help

need help with my memory setting want to get the best preformance with still remaining stable.

here are my specs

intel [email protected] 243 fsb
pc 3200 ram
vcore 1.65v
ddr voltage 2.75v
dram freq 320
preformance mode = turbo
cas# latency 2.5
ras# precharge 4
ras# to cas# delay 4
precharge delay 8
burst length 4
preformance acceleration mode auto
dram idle timer auto
dram refresh rate auto
ich delayed transaction enabled

set the timings to 3-4-4-8 set the ratio to 3/2 then start cranking the fsb up.find out how fast u cpu will run. then start over again at 5/4 with tight timings keep going up till u hit your cpu's max or the memory dies, if the memory dies first, keep loosening the timings (2-2-2-6) (2-2-3-6) 2-3-3-5 2-3-3-6 2.5-2-2-5 etc. till u get the fastest cpu oc with the lowest timings possible. it takes a while to do this...
