The "PIN VID TRICK" can it be done on a Celeron 366?

Or, does any one know a Vcore mod on Abit BP6 (Dual CPU Socket 370) cuz 2.3 vCore is to tiny

you can vid pin it for sure...
but before you try that, try this trick.

Flash the BIOS with your Vcore cracked up.
The motherboard often thought that the raised Vcore was the defualt.. And with the board now thinking you hvae a higher default voltage, it give you more higher values
