Reselleratings not to bad life time but real bad last 6 months.
It takes the UPC code, but bet it is OEM and does not come with the UPC.

Well i dont think there are oem and retail raptors. they ALL have 5yr warrantys no matter what but i dunno about the upc code... id buy 2, but that scares me..

original UPC from the package = the UPC sticker on the box? I've had rebates where it's like this. Doesn't necessarily mean from the retail box but the UPC sticker that's on the box it arrives in

For your question, the rebates from Buy.com usually go tot he Manufactuer, Buy.com does not handle any of the rebates. I finally got my ATI 9800 AIW 2 months later, not the best but not the worse.
