OCing Kingston DDR333

With system #1 in my sig as the context, are there any detrimental effects to overclocking ram from 333mhz to 400mhz? Does anyone have any experince with Kingston stuff? I was told that running the memory in synq with the FSB was good for performance, and I've been doing so for a couple of weeks with no obvious stability issues.
