Vantec AeroFlow vs. Thermaltake Spark 7+

I have the choice between these two heatsinks to install on a 2.8c system that I will be overclocking. The rest of the system will be similar to the one in my sig, and the case will have good airflow. Which do you think is my best choice? Silence is definitely a factor for me.
