i have a GF# ti500 i cant get it to run at 4x agp. (see thread below)
im using the via 133t chipset (the epox ep-3vsa2 board).
i this boards is poses to support 4x agp but the nvidia drivers are preset to run at 2x on the via chips. i have downloaded a reg, key from via that is spose to fix the prob by manually setting the agp to 4x in the registry but it did not work.
dose anyone know how to get around this problem?? somthing else i might try or how to set the agp 4x with some 3rd party app (what key to regedit?)
also my board reads as having side band buffering off. im not sure if that is related or not but i dont see any option in my bois to turn it on.

any and all help would be great. thanks.

Maybe updating the bios might make it available?

I know my kt266 was limited to agp4x but with the bios update agp8x was available.
