FAH Graphics version-Registry edits-help

I can only install the graphical version on my work pc due to user permissions, so I can't just copy the WINFAH.exe to desktop and add the flags, the only way I can add the flags are via the registry (go figure). Where in the registry is the WINFAH located so I can add the flags. Thanks

You need to edit the SHORTCUT to winfah that is located in the STARTUP folder...

Unfortunately, that I cannot do. The right click properties has been diabled by sytem admin folks.
