I have an AMD 1 GHz T-bird. What flags should I run to get the most out of it?

-advmethods -forceSSE -verbosity 9

-advmethods so you get more gromacs, -forceSSE to force SSE, and -verbosity 9 to have the most detailed log files.

I wasn't sure about the SSE. A Palimino core T-bird will do SSE?

I did what SavageBasher suggested and found that my 1 GHz does have SSE. I'm currently running a new WU with the -forcesse flag. You may want to look into this too and maybe shave some time on your WU's.

The Thunderbird DOESN'T have SSE. You must not have a Thunderbird. You sure it's not a 1 Ghz Duron because those DO have SSE.

The only thing that I do know is that it's a 1 GHz Thunderbird. The rest is what I'm trying to figure out. CPU-Z said that it had MMX(+), 3DNow(+), SSE. Perhaps I'm reading it wrong.
