Well I just purchased this pretty cheap Dell. I have just learned, that Dell doesnt allow overclocking! I was wondering, if anyone knew of a good motherboard for the items that I have now. I want to take out the processor, ram, hd and graphics card, dvd, etc..and put them in my old case with a good motherboard.
Thanks!

A Abit Max3 or IC7, Asus p4800 seem to be the most popular motherboard for overclocking.

One question, what is the speed of you ram?

Another question, Dell doesnt have any locks on the components, so when I take them out and put them in a new machine, they wont work?

What about the Biostar P4TSG Pro? Are they able to overclock well? or the 865G Neo2-LS

You WANT to have an 865pe chipset. I'd get an is7 or is7e; around 85 bux IIRC. The albatron px865pro is also a great choice for 80 dollars.
First off, try using CPUFSB to try to overclock your dell. Look in your case for a PLL, then plug that into cpufsb and try OCing!
