need ati card to replace R9500NP

I had a radeon 9500 NP, when I was replacing the fan on it and trying to get the shim off, I nicked the PCB, booted, bands of random color all over my sceen in between bands of right picture (I think I nicked a memeory trace). I am NOT going to repair the traces. I am looking for a replacement that is about the same price I paid for my old card ($125) or max ~$168. I want a ATI and hardware dx9 support. I dont really care about clock speed aslong as the same performance of my R9500NP. What kind cards should I be looking for that meet my criteria?

96XT @ least, but for like $5 more u can get a 9800NP
