Have they even been out long enough for people to max out the voltage options in the bios while overclocking and need a volt mod?

uhhh.... that's a good question.... I just know I'm gonna OC the heck outta the LGA 775 rig i'm gonna build.... Intel isn't gonna stop me!

Ok cheif, since there's a way to bypass those locks and all.......

so far people have been able to accomplish 31% overclocks, and I don't think it's gonna stop there
