Software to make my own DVD

I am looking for some software so that I can make my own DVD's outta my videocaptures that I get off my TV capture card. (sorry dont know if I shouldnt be mentioning the source). The files are saved as MPEG's and I would like to put them on a DVD that will play in my PS2.

Ulead makes some DVD software that will do it for you.
