humming noise?

for some reason i started having this problem today....
when i open a bright color screen, i get a loud humming noise from my speakers. the whiter and bigger the page is the louder.

like if i open paint and maximize it i get a loud humming noise. but if i color the white to all black the humming goes away. wtf is going on lol

the sound come out of your speakers or your monitor? Sounds completely messed up if it's actually coming out of your speakers.

i turned off my mic and everything is normal again lol. no idea what it had to do with the monitor but its working now.

Getting some sort of feedback. If you use the mic, turn on the mic under the Recording portion of the sound mixer. You dont hear yourself through the mic and the speakers, but you dont get any feedback either.
