overclocking dfi pro 875 b

the dfi bios is a bit different than i'm use to with abit. could use some help on making the correct settings.
what do i set the memory freq. at to start with _____________?
system bandwidth ___________________?
cpu clock __________________?
what number do i start with to key in the dec # 200-400 __________?

my current bios specs are listed below.

Memory frequency is just a different name for fsb:ram ratio. At 400 it's 1:1, 320 is 5:4 and 266 is 3:2.
Set system bandwidth to disabled.
Disable system and video bios cacheable.
Set agp/pci/sata to 66/33/100.
Disable auto detect pci clock and spread spectrum.
Your bh5 may not go higher than 220 fsb with only 2.9 vdimm so i would try fsb 210 with 2-6-2-2 timings and slowly increase fsb to find max for your ram.
You can also try with 5:4 ratio and see how high your cpu will go.
Finally you could play with the cpu clock ratio if you have unlocked multiplier.

Cpu clock is for setting fsb so like i said 210 for start and slowly increase keeping you ram at 1:1 (ddr400).
You should test stability with memtest 86+. Just download a bootable cd ( http://www.memtest.org/#downiso ) and run test 5 for couple of minutes if it's error free increase fsb and test again if it gives errors increase the vdimm voltage and test again.

i did everything as you stated and started off at 210 and it booted just fine.
