I'm running a 2400+ on a 8RDA3+ but usdm gives me a cpu temp of 70°C but when i feel the hs is feels cold.

The heatsink may be feeling cold because the heat from the CPU isnt being transferred to the heatsink effectively. Thus the CPU is heating up as the heat isnt being removed efficiently.

I would check that the heatsink is seated properly, and the correct amount of Thermal Interface Material has been applied between CPU and heatsink.

that is already taken care of. changed hs replaced it a couple of times and tim has been applied.
it did not work

Buy a tube of AS5, and check the AS website for proper techniques in application.

Sounds like you have a bad mount.

and is this the bios telling you that, or a windows program
