document scanner

I'm currently in the market for a scannner.
The only two requirements are that it has to have an auto feedeer (anything more than 15 pages should be fine) and the ability to import to MS Word. I'm looking to spend between $350 and $450 canadian.

I went to my local business depot and there were two that I noticed. A $427 hp with really high res that only scanned. An a $260 (brother I think it was) printer, fax, scanner etc. I dont need the printer or fax, but at the same time i dont need the super high resolution of the $427 scanner.

All i need is for it to auto feed and import to Word.

Suggestions plz...
