There's CPUIdle for cpus so I was wondering if there is a CPUIdle sort of thing for GPU's...my TI4200 reaches 45 Degrees at idle at stock speeds even though my asus v9280 has a pretty big heatsink. If i reduce the clock, the temperature starts falling like crazy. So I was wondering if there is a GPU cooling software...

you can try something that automatically decreases your clock (ati tray tool, its in the ati forum) when your in windows and if your ingame it increases your clock and changes your settings.

i dont know if there is something like that for nVidia. so yeah :-/ not sure if rivatuner or any of those programs does it
