Need some help on picking comuter parts

Ok this is what im going to get a ABIT NF7-S V2.0 Motherboard with a AMD Mobile Athlon XP 2500+ to over clock, what would be the best ram to use for around $100 to $200? And should i get a ATI RADEON 9800PRO or a nVIDIA GeForce 6800 that would be around $200 to $300. Thanks for the help

only the NU would be under 300. As for the ram, how much do you want 512 or a gig?
