Which overclock better, T-Bird 1.4 200 or 266?

I've had a PIII 700@1008 for the last 9 months, so I'v been out of the AMD "picture" for awhile. Here's what I'm planning.
Abit KG7, T-Bird 1.4 and 256mg Mushkin DDR. Now, since I hope to overclock which is getting the best results, the 1.4 200fsb or the 266fsb? I guess it's like the PIII, 100 vs. 133. Right?

No difference has been proven, the stepping is more important.
1.4 200's require a x14 multiplier and are not always unlocked like the 266.
Max vcore with the KG7 raid is 1.85v.
You will have to mod it to get more.

Pretty much. Basically, the 1.4 100/200 & 133/266 are the same chip. The 100/200 is a 133/266 that AMD won't certify at 133/266. I have run a lot of 1.2 100/200's at 133/266 and had no problem - until I tried to run them up to 150/300. The 133/266 have overclocked better, for me, over 150/300 than the 100/200 chips.
 
In my opinion for sheer speed that the 200FSB chips will clock higher than the 266 chips 9 out ot 10 times. Raising the multiplier is alot less stressful on the mem, then trying to get a FSB of 150+,basically no more stress at all really. The extra stress is on the CPU, froma higher Multiplier, but the CPU can take more than mem sticks without giving out. you have a better chance of getting 14x100, and underclocking mem, then getting 10x140 and overclocking the mem. But that is for sheer speed t not great mem scores.
