Need an ALL-IN-ONE win xp user interface tweakin program.

Hey, I have searched the web for programs the let you adjust and change bits of the windows xp ui. But have yet to find one that can change every little thing, from the color of the start menu, to the shape and size of the edges of the minimizing buttons.

Does anyone know of a win xp program that has everything, or a huge amount of tweakage? Thanks in advance.

Well generally you can change a lot of that through the windows interface by right clicking on the desktop (but you probably already know that).
For changing things like the colors of the start menus and buttons you'll need to use another program and it becomes a lot harder than just changing the color. You'll have to create a whole visual style.
A program that will allow you to make a visual styles is Style Builder by TGT soft. It's not particularly easy but you can always modify the existing windows visual styles so it doesn't take as long.
