Proxim rangelan-ds wireless nic drivers

looking for the drivers for the "proxim rangelan-ds wireless_pc_card" as windows puts it.

the card has the number 8430 on the bottom, unfortunately, the drivers proxim offer for it dont actually work right with xp, because they appear to be for model 8433 and arent backwards compatible with older cards. anyone know of a working drivers for this card thatll run on windows xp?
