SL77P P4 3.06Ghz Mobile?????

Hiya All, I'm after some advice if poss?
Ive been looking for a P4 Northwood for ages and found an SL77P, does anybody have any suggestions to Pros or Cons when using this instead of a SL6S5??? Not looking for serious OC unless you gurus give me the green light!
Mobo is MSI 845PE Max2, from the ark!
Am I waisting my time, or will I not notice much difference?

Not sure if your MSI can recognize it. If it does you will have a 2.8GHz cpu because the multi will default to 14 if you put it in a desktop board. My 3.06GHz is a mobile chip too but with 90nm prescott core.
