are my temps messed up?

im running on a zalman cnps7000alcu with arctic silver 5 on my processor. im getting about 40 C idle with this setup. do these temps look right, or should i reapply some as5?

34c idle, 39c load with 20 buck hunk of aluminum, and ceramique

They're too high, man. I'd try to reapply the as5, although working with Ceramique is easier for me. Maybe you should try that? How many case fans do you have? What's your system temp? If your system is too hot, then your proc will be hot.
