Just got informed that my order from NCIX for a64 3200,msi neo platinum, thermalright xp-90 and a thermaltake silentcat has been shipped.
just that everything but the processor is on backorder...so I will get a beautiful new cpu to lay on my desk to stare at till god knows how long it takes for them to get these parts in stock.I expected more from a big company than this.Think I may cancell, could have been using the thing now if I bought on ebay.

Any body else use NCIX for orders? If so how was your experience?

Hm. Avoid stores that allow you to PLACE ORDERS without informing you they are not available for immediate shipping.

That's why we use stores like
http://www.newegg.com/
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/

See if you can cancel your backorder without consequences and order from someplace else.

Stores mentioned above DELIVER in two to five days tops after order is placed in my experience. I'm in Kansas, so it's three to four days for me.

both those places are out of stock on the MSI board. Is there a shortage or something?

i have been ordering from NCIX for about two years now and have had
a few items on back order.
usually less than ten day to recieve the back order.
overall experiance has been good.
