is it but just a diffrent name?, and does the sound blaster live 5.1 card have the feature that lets u make a time delay for the rear speakers like the sound storm?

Is The Nvidia Sound Storm a Sound Blaster Live?

No, they are completely different. Soundstorm was nvidia built from the ground up, and had a DD encoder built in. Live lacks that and is quite crappy at DD for that matter.
