Color problem with monitor or graphics card?

Im trying to help a friend fix this problem he has with color quality. Hes running on a raither low-mid range system. He has a problem where he goes into a game such as "World of Warcraft" And it looks as if the Gamma is set really high.. but this isnt the case, its the color. He set the monitor back to default and that didnt help. I had him check a bunch of stuff in the Display Properties... he's on a Nvidia card like I am and I have gone though alot of the nView Properties and just cant seem to fix it. We've also looked up the game settings and that isnt the issue either. Any ideas how to fix this?

Apparently this happened with his brother going into the nView Properties... and he doesn't know what he did

Any thing that commonly gets off set? Thanks in advance.
