What can you tell from a Processors model number?

Ebay is stupid. Firstly the boxes are "never opened" and secondly they never ever answer any questions you have about the items. The worst thing is that retards always bid retail price on a CPU they know nothing about (but that sure sounds good for the seller )

Anyway thats besides the point. I found 2 processors on ebay where the model numbers are ADA3000BIBOX and ADA3200IKABI.

Can you tell anything about the stepping by this, or do all 3000/3200's have this model number?

the second DIK means its a winchester. However since they are both winchesters one is retail the other is OEM
