My Hercules MX card came with a tweak program to overclock it. I know there are some utilites that you can download and use, like powerstrip. But first things first, if you don't have a fan on that GPU heatsink, you need to do that. A 40mm fan will usually fit perfectly. I put a Blue Orb and RAM sinks on mine and can run 200/200 no problem. On some games I can go a little higher, but on most benchmarking programs, I get artifacts if I go much higher. The most I was ever able to run was 210/203, but there was some artifacts and stray pixels popping up.
