Will this CPU work

Will a socket A AMD mobile XP 2400+ w/fsb 266mhz be able to run on a motherboard that says Socket A 400mhz? I'm just a little confused on this. Here is the motherboard and here is the processor. With this combination what memory speed would i be needing in this box?

I was looking at this memory.

as soon as someone gives me the thumbs up on it i'm ordering. Just a lowball system for my uncle. Good setup though.

They will all work together. Don't see any problems...

Get all of the above and push the bus speed up to 400, drop the multi down to 11x or 12x and bump the vcore up to 1.6v and see if it's good to go at that speed.

it's for my uncle who knows nothing of computers so it will be stock lol

put that baby at 200*11 at least!!! as long as your temps aren't too high
