sempron 3100 overclocking

i have a sempron 3100 socket 754 dfi ut 250 board a forton 530 psu and geil pc 4000 with timings 2.5 5 5 9 and i can get to 2295.ghz at 255 by 9 and im using 1.44 volts for cpu and 2.9 volts on ram and i have a 80.mm fan standing right on ram to cool them and my temps are like 38 C LOAD why cant i overclock higher?? please help

OK, so what happens when you push it higher?

Try running memtest86 from www.memtest86.com to see if perhaps the RAM cant handle higher speeds?

Also might want to relax the RAM timings a little.
