sempron 3100 overclocking

i have a sempron 3100 socket 754 dfi ut 250 board a forton 530 psu and geil pc 4000 with timings 2.5 5 5 9 and i can get to 2295.ghz at 255 by 9 and im using 1.44 volts for cpu and 2.9 volts on ram and i have a 80.mm fan standing right on ram to cool them and my temps are like 38 C LOAD why cant i overclock higher?? please help :shrug:
 
OK, so what happens when you push it higher?

Try running memtest86 from www.memtest86.com to see if perhaps the RAM cant handle higher speeds?

Also might want to relax the RAM timings a little.
