i'm just gonna post my specs here and you guys can let me know if its going to work, because i'm not sure some of my stuff will be supported ok?

Asus P4C800E-DLX
Intel P4 2.4B 512k cache/533 fsb
2x Infenion 256mb ddr 333mzh
VisionTek ATI 9550 128mb
Maxtor 40GB sata HD

well those are the main specs, just let me know if it will run with the components listed above.

Hello vx and to the forums

I would purchase (for the same price, some PC3200 DDR 400 DRAM) as you will be able to take that 2.4B to 3.0+ GHz with that motherboard. I would also look at a Geforce 6600 to replace the 9550 which is for the price lacking in robustness and ability imo. You could replace the motherboard with an P4P800 and put the money saved into the video card.

All in all a good system choice though.
