a p4 flex atx mobo

a good htpc board

This board deosnt really seem that special. It lacks the agp port, which may make it hard to use a video card with tvout for htpc.

actually ati does make pci tv out cards
although with older vga chipsets
unless you have a high quality and expensive hdtv
very very few televisions can support high resolution graphics
being fed a signal from a agp tv out card
