Northwood vs Prescott-telling them apart?

I have a Socket 478 3.0 Ghz CPU and need to figure out if it is a Northwood or a Prescott-what do I need to look for on the bare chip to determine which type of processor it is? I know for sure it is 1MB cache, 800FSB and model SL7E4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it currently out of a computer? Northwoods have 512kb cache, prescotts have 1MB

CPU-Z will tell you what it is if it is currently installed.

Thanks for the link to the Intel CPU info page, that was exactly what I needed. And it is not currently installed, so CPU-Z wouldn't have helped, but I'll keep it in mind for the future.
