Looking for a VGA cooler & fan controller

I'm looking to buy a VGA cooler & fan controller. I will likely be controlling 4 fans, and I have a Gainward Ti4400. I'm looking to quiet my system, but I don't want to break the bank.

Any suggestions on good deals?

I'm thinking about getting a Zalman VF-700 AlCu & a Thermaltake Xcontroller. Thoughts?
