Anything wrong with using banks 1&3 on Asus A8N SLI?

Instead of 0 and 2? You know the black memory banks instead of the blue. I just installed my San DIego on a Asus A8N SLi with a humongous XP120 and now realize it blocks the first blue meory bank. So I was wondering if I could just install my 2 1 Gig sticks in the balck banks and still have dual channel and no adverse effects. I wanna be able to take out my memory without removing the heatsink and I certainly do not want to take out the heatsink just to get my ram in the blue ones. So you think it can cause problems or its doesn't matter?

Yep it works fine.

as far as i know, you wont have dual channel
try putting teh ram in before teh cooler
