Seagate SATA question

I'm thinking about getting either this drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822148034

Or this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822148033

The first is 160gb and the second is 200. My question is, does the second have NCQ also? The first says it in the title, but the second doesn't say it anywhere. They're both in the 7200.7 series. Speaking of which, I saw in a review that the 7200.7 beat the 7200.8 in many tests...does this have to do with the .8 not having NCQ?
