New Build - DFI NF4F-DAGF No Post ...HELP

Help ... First Attempt with a DFI mobo

New Set-up ... everything new but DFI won't POST !!!!

1) Pulled everything out and still won't POST with only VID and 1 stick of Corsair DDR3200 512Gb.

2) Funny behavior - when DVD Data cable is connected, the DVD light will come on, like in early posting cycle. But no VID signal. With Data cable connected, lights don't light up and no power to DVD

3) Never an VID signal

Any ideas gentlemen ...

I've recently bit the bullet and upgrading to AMD64 and DFI combo. Previously did lots of build with AMD Bartons and T-Breds.

can you test the cpu/mem and vid in another computer? Not much else you can do other than start RMA'ing after that.
