I was wondering if there is netware for xp64? If not is there anything like it that I can use to make networking possible in RA2 (Red Alert 2)

Well, netware is mostly an OS:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netware
but the term can include the networking protocols. Do you just need IPX/SPX (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPX/SPX), or do you need novell client software, so your windows machine can log on to a novell network? You may want to check novell's netware website:
http://www.novell.com/

I believe RA2 just needs IPX. Windows should support that (go to properties on you LAN connection and add it as a protocol).

edit:
IPX/SPX is not available on XP64. See here:
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...all/proddocs/en-us/ras_lan_protocols_ipx.mspx

I believe novell has stopped supporting it as well (in favor of TCP/IP).

That sucks! XP64 actually had the IPX/SPX protocol to install but it still did not work in RA2
