How come when I put my ballistix on a 166 or lower divider it wont post? Same thing happends when i put CAS up to 4. My opteron wants to go higher!!!!

I'm curious about the answer to this also. My Asus A8n-sli dulex would not boot with a set memory divider when I have 2x1GB ballistix in. However, I was able to boot fine with the 2x1GB mushkin with a 4:5 divider.

Max Async Latency right? I dont know how to set it, i just leave it at auto.

well, for one setting CAS to anything over 3 will probably just not work in any situation.

Well it made it to Windows on 8ns at 300 FSB so I rebooted and upped the FSB to 310, and it wouldn't get into windows. So I backed down to 300 and again and it didnt make it back into windows! I tried all the settings from 8-15 ns and nothing would post at 300.
