SATA Power?

My Serial ATA hard drive has a molex power connector and it also has what seems to be a type of thing serial ata power connection. Should I feed power to both, or only the thin serial ata one? thanks.

No, just one of them should be plugged in. If you have a SATA PSU, then I would use the SATA Power connection.
