Decent Socket 370 HSF with minimal noise

Hey all. Looking for an HSF for my celeron 1.1 ghz copermine. It being an older P3 based cpu, it generates a bit of heat. Right now I have a great cooler (a tecwin radiator with 2 little loud fans). I get load temps of 30 C or so, but unfortunately it is rather loud for a server.

Anyone know of a silent HSf that is good enough to keep my cpu cool enough?

Hm. that one is nice actually. Hopefully could replace the fan with one of my stealths.

Yes, everything is at stock settings.
