Northbridge fan making noises

I kept hearing his high pitch whirring sound and so I opened up my case. After dusting it all out, it kept making the noise. So I traced it down to my NorthBridge fan on my motherboard. After doing a direct blast of air on it, the sound is much better but still makes a noise now and then.

Should I be worried about the noise that its making? Look into getting another fan for it instead?

Failing NB HS Fans are a common problem. I would definately start looking to buy a new HS for your NB
