Intel 855GM on an HP

Im looking to overclock my cpu and/or video card (more concerned with video). The bios has me locked out, what would you recomend i use in terms of software to increase my speed? also, is there any way i can get around the lack of bios options?

mobo: Intel 855GM
Graphics: intel extreme graphics2
cpu: pentium M 1.6

The graphics cant be overclocked, at least to my knowledge, and since that chipset doesnt support 533 the pin mod is impossible. There are some apps to force an overfclock on the CPU, but even with that it will be very very small.
