amd venice 3000

i whant to but memory for oc
my budget is 150$
the board supports 2.85 v on ram

Your best bet is going to be some Sumsung TCCD or TCC5 IC's. Check out this thread for the ram that has those. It will be best for your mobo because they only require 2.8v to do 300MHz.
