I own a copy of microsoft office, that says i can only install on 5 different computers (same serial number).

My question is can i install it on more than 5.

If it says you can install on 5 different machines than thats what it means. Anything more than 5 and it would be considered illegal. Also if you do install it on more than 5 you will most likely be required to call microsoft to enable the product.

I Think after you called Microsoft, They will give you a new key for $5 or $10. Im not quite sure how much but its cheap.
