Problem with ATI TV Wonder Pro

I cannot figure this problem out. I have installed all of the latest drivers for the ATI tv wonder pro that can be found on the ATI website. I cannot install the TV encoder because its says that it is missing a required component. I have installed and reinstalled everything but still cannot figure out how to make it work properly. I have installed the drivers and the media center to no avail.
