Ubuntu - Windows dual boot

I originally had windows installed first then installed ubuntu so when i booted up it gave me the option to boot from either. I just reformatted windows and now it wont give me the option to boot from ubuntu/windows.. What do I need to change on the boot.ini or in my sytem settings to get me back to booting from GRUB? I looked all over and couldn't find any solutions.

You need to re-install grub to the MBR, winows installs it's bootloader to the MBR without even asking.
